01. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Tawreed HR Consultancy ("Tawreed", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our platform, creating an account, browsing job listings, or applying for employment opportunities, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

02. User Accounts & Security

  • Registration: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile information updated.
  • Credential Safeguards: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account security. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to register for an account and apply for jobs.

Tawreed provides an interactive talent marketplace connecting skilled candidates with prospective employers:

Resume & Credentials Accuracy

Candidates warrant that all resumes, qualifications, educational degrees, work history, and certificates submitted are truthful and accurate. Misrepresentation may result in immediate account termination.

No Employment Guarantee

Tawreed acts as a talent matching platform. We do not guarantee that submitting an application will result in an interview, job offer, or employment contract. Hiring decisions are made solely by prospective employers.

04. Employers & Recruitment Partners

Recruiters, hiring administrators, and employer representatives utilizing Tawreed agree to:

  • Post only genuine, lawful, and currently open job opportunities.
  • Uphold fair hiring practices and comply with all equal employment opportunity laws.
  • Treat all candidate application data and contact information as strictly confidential.
  • Never charge job seekers any application fees or processing fees of any kind.

05. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any of the following unauthorized activities:

Automated Scraping: Using crawlers, bots, or automated scrapers to extract candidate resumes or job postings.
Impersonation: Impersonating any person, candidate, recruitment consultant, or employer.
Malicious Content: Uploading files containing malware, viruses, or corrupt payload attachments.
System Interference: Attempting to probe, scan, or breach system security or bypass rate limits.

06. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, brand names, visual styling, software code, and editorial materials appearing on the Tawreed platform are the intellectual property of Tawreed HR Consultancy or its licensors.

You retain copyright in any personal resume or portfolio material you upload; however, by submitting materials, you grant Tawreed a limited license to transmit and display such content to prospective employers for recruitment purposes.

07. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TAWREED DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tawreed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to use the platform.
